ParentPay

Payment for your meals couldn’t be easier.

At St Philip Howard Catholic Academy we use a cashless system provided by Parent Pay.

This means that a personal account will be set up for you, so whether you enjoy free or paid school meals what happens at the till is the same for everyone. Free school meal allowances are allocated to accounts on a daily basis and for those paying cash, money is loaded up using the revaluation machines. The machines are cited towards the back of the dining hall.

The benefits of using a cashless system are:

  • Convenience of paying for meals
  • Discourages the misuse of spending dinner money in the shops on the way to school
  • Reduces issues associated with cash such as bullying, loss of money or theft
  • Queuing is reduced due to increased speed of service
  • Reports of student purchases can be created

To add money to your childs’ account via cheque, please make them payable to Derbyshire County Council.
