SPH Governors Business Interest Declarations 2025 – 2026
I have always lived in Glossop. I started as a parent governor in October 2018. I became Chair of Governors in September 2022.
I have two children that both attended All Saints Primary School then St Philip Howard CVA. They are both flourishing as adults and that’s in part due to the fantastic education they both received.
I have lived in Glossop with my wife for over 20 years & have been a parent governor at SPH for 3 years, although I’ve been involved in local school governance for more than 12 years. Both our older children have successfully been through SPH & are now in colleges pursuing their choices in further education. Our youngest child is still in SPH & is enjoying it, just as his older sisters did. I am passionate about Governance and, have experienced multiple OFSTED inspections and Catholic Schools Inspectorate inspections. I am currently the link governor for Catholic Life and Pupil Premium.
